Replacing Brake linings and reseting monitor

Recently, the warning monitor told me I need brake linings on my 1998 E320. Is there something special about installing the linings, after I install the brakes how do I reset the warning on the monitor?

Thanks[8D]

RE: Replacing Brake linings and reseting monitor

The Brake Pads are Easy to replace ...

The Warning light will go out once the Brakes/Pad wear sensors are Replaced as the Sensor is grounded and thats what is causing the Warning lite to stay on.
