2000 E320 wagon driver seat electric reverse does not function but on the memory button it will go into reverse? All the other functions work with the switch but not reverse. Any ideas what to check first. If I have to remove door panel what are the procedures thanks.

You have to replace the module with the seat buttons on it that is in the door panel. It snaps out when you have the inner door panel off.
