If anyone know's were to find the factory stereo amplifier please let me know. So far i have made many vital upgrades to the already fantastic stereo that comes in these cars but i am now ready to juice it up. If you know where in the car the amp is, please let us less fortunate people know so that we can replace it. thanks benz bros.

The factory amp is in the trunk on the drivers side up near the trunk hinge. Take the molded carpet piece out of the well in the quarter panel and look up under the rear shelf on that side.

Drivers side means the left side if you are facing the trunk of an american car,...if you are not in the US and/or don't drive a LHD car it will be on the passenger side.
And remember, not all W210's have amplifiers, just the ones with premium audio packages like "Bose".
