E-430 Telephone Installation

I couldn't believe that my dealer wants $2K+ to install a new car phone in my 2000 E-430. I went to the Verizon Wireless store yesterday...forget it...They can't do an integrated installation either...ANYONE out there know if ANY cell phone company can perform this kind of install, or am I STUCK with the dealer deal?
