I recently had the rear "re-sealed" on my E430 (59Kmi)when my dealer told me that it was "leaking like a sieve." Since then, when I approach highway speeds on a really good (not bumpy) interstate highway, I hear a rhythmic pulsating sound that is accompanied by vibration in the car. The steering wheel does not vibrate, so I'm guessing that the problem is with the rear wheels or...the drive shaft/universal. Any guesses as to what is causing this condition? I don't hear it when I'm driving around town, just when I'm criusing the interstate at 65mph.

Maybe the Tech Knocked a weight of the rear rim?..Have the rear wheels rebalanced..
If that does not solve the problem...Return the vehicle back to the dealership and have them inspect the Problem
