Chris,

Can you post a picture of your car. I have a 98 E320 and looking to add monoblocks also. I was thinking 17's wheels but looks like 18's are more popular.

Thanks,

Paul,

It would depend on the size of your rim, and it seems to me that the rims are off a w124 which didn't take anything larger than 17' (without modification) so i don't see any problems with your switch as long as what i guessed from your post was right.

good luck.

PS: The best person i can think of for getting advice on this forum regarding W210s is a guy called "E-Klasse". Try sending him a PM.

Sorry to jump in so late, ET35 should be fine. it depends on the width of the rim too. I have 18x9 ET35 in the back and 18X8 ET31 in front. I have had 16x7 ET37 on my car before with out any problems.

RE: will ET 35 offset fit E-Klass

sorry for the late respos i don't check the forum on a regular basis.

i hope this helps,i have 18x8 et 35 monoblock replicas with 245/40/18 sumitomo tires.the look and ride is great but the front tires rub if i hit a big bump.if your fenders are rolled you will be fine,if not just go down a size in the front.

as far as a picture i will see what i can do(no digital camera)...FYI i got the rims at www.bekkers.com and the tires from tire rack, whole setup cost me around $1100 which i thought was pretty cheap.

I think 245/40/18 is the stock E55 size for the front. On a standard E-Class you will want to go with a 235 or even a 225 in the front to keep them from rubbing.
