Yes, and the dealer should already reset it for you.
Linh,
Should I hit the reset for 3 sec as requested to "reset oil confirmation" and continue from there? Got to get rid of that annoying B service overdue screen. Thanks, glad someone is more knowledgeable than MB for this stuff.

You still have the annoying B service message after the dealer changed your oil? Yes, you should just hold the reset knob button for at least 3 second to reset that annoying service message.
I am also a new Mercedez owner who is very dissatisfied on the way they do their customer service. I have a similar issue with you. I like to do my own routine car maintenance. They will not tell me how to reset my service A reminder on my 2008 C350even though the service manual directs you to call the dealership for information. I am very mechanically incline and do know what the h@&# I am doing. My Hummer maintenance manual is more informative and better than the Mercedes Benz costumer service. Maybe this is a case for "Turko Files" or the news "Trouble Shooter".
Go to this web page, find "workshop resources", the look for FSS reset, and open the document for your car. You do not need to log in for that section STAR TekInfo
