what colour temp is it your using?
2. fog bulb is it H1 ? which bulb?

the wheel is 1/16 8.5j 19'
fog light is 9006
i changed hid 7000k 4000ls. this is the brightest hid u can get in the market right now. 12000k is blue but not as bright as 7000k 4000ls. 4000ls means the brightness. usually 12000k have 2500-3000 ls. depends what u like to have. personally i think mine is different than u can see on the street. i replace my high beam with xenon bulb but remember choose 55w bulb only other wise higher walt will melt ur adapter.
