Custom Remote lock behaviour?

Hi again everyone,
I have been some CLK's where I live (Lebanon where you can't find anything for your mercedes or anyone reliable enough!) that has the option of closing the windows and sunroof where remotely locked, either by pressing the lock button twice consecutively or by holding it for a second or two then normal. Is there any other combination that my car (2003) might have? or will I have to find someone who can program the car onboard computer? What would I need if I wanted to work on it by myself?

After having the car for a week and wondering why the panic button is useless, I accidently discovered that holding it will activate it...
