4yr/50k. I was informed that if your car needs warranty work, that the dealer has to have it completed before the warranty date/mileage. Some other manufacturers honor warranty as long as the issue is documented, not the case with MB as advised by my service advisor. The only exception is that if the dealer is delaying the work, then it is covered. I hope that helps (and some).
