Braking Noise Pad? or Rotor?

Hi,

I have a noise problem when I step on brakes on front and rear on my 04 CLK 500 with AMG sport package. It is a high pitch sound which is annoying. I had the front/rear rotors resurfaced. At first the noise disappeared, but it started again after a while. Do I need to replace either Pad or rotor? or Both? to make this noise go away? Would you please recommend some brands of rotors and pads in that case? Thank you.
