upsetting safeties

The safety bar on the back headrest came out and i don t know haow to close it,can you help me please[?]

If you mean the pop-up rollbar that dooubles as a rear headrest, there should be a switch on your dash to drop it down again.

What s the proper procedure,shall i leave the button pressed for 25 sec?

Can you post a picture of what you are talking about? On our CLK, you press the button and the rollbar / headrest immediately falls back into place. It also falls back down when I put the top down.

It should fall when i do both of those actions but for some reason it doesn t.i can see the roll bar cause i took ot the plastic cover of the rear head rest.

is there any troubleshooting for this problem.
