CLK steering question?

I used to have a 2002 CLK 430. that car's steering was heavy but not precise at all and had a tendancy to turn right and which was not only annyoing but also could be dangerous. so i ended up getting a 330Ci. I'm looking forward to trading my 330ci for another car. i have my heart set on the either the new clk 500 or the new s4.
i was wondering if the clk 500 still inhabits the tendancy to turn right or left by itself.

I've a 2003 CLK55AMG and it doesn't pull to the right when in the right lane. However, on a four lane road it will sometimes pull left in the left lane. I don't find it to be a problem.

CLK steering

The w209 has rack and pinion steering. The w208 had recirculating ball steering. So suggest you take test drive in the new one, it should be more precise, less heavy.

steering pull

I am very impressed by the handling and steering of by 2003 CLK500. It drives like a charm. The 2003 model has a completely differen steering mechanism than the 2002
