Has anyone here put (old) E55 18" AMG rims/tires on their CLK? If so, questions:
1) any rubbing issues?
2) any noticeable degredation in ride quality?
3) any noticeable increase in noise?
4) know of anywhere with good prices on 'em?
5) (CLK55 owners): noticeable traction increase off the line?
I want to put some phatter rubber (probably 275-35/18) on the back of this thing, as I'm sick of the tires going up in smoke with any attempt at a fast launch, but I want to get a feel for any issues I might have beforehand. Thanks in advance!!
