Went to the one in Sac last week, but ended up in the one in Rocklin on Monday.

How is the Rocklin dealership compared to the Sac one? Tnx.

Can't really compare. Because I couldn't get in to the one in Sac for a week, they were to busy.
I stopped into the Rocklin shop and was brushed off! Until I told them I had just bought the car the day before. They came out and looked at it and noticed it was an AMG. They changed their attitude very quickly. Didn't really care for that. I believe everyone should be treated with the same respect know matter what they drive.
When I did finally got the car in for service (they gave me a loaner). The job took longer than excepted because they didn't have the parts in house. The car was to be ready the next day around 1:00 pm. I called at 3:30pm, I was told it would be ready at 4:00pm after they washed it. I really didn't want it washed but they insisted.
So at this point I’m indifferent about them. I truly get better service at the local Chevy store. They treat me like a king over there.

If that's the case, talk to Bob Hunter at Von Housen. He's my service advisor and is quite good with customers. If you want any aftermarket stuff done at the dealer, look for the tech named David Brousseau (sp).

Bob has been good with me for the past two years. Since I have a black car, I ask them not to wash it because the washer scratches it. They respect my requests.

Bob could be a little bit busy sometimes but he's a good guy.

It sounds like the Rocklin dealership is a little bit off.

I can't say enough about Von Housen and Bob. Let me know if he helps you. If not, tell him you're a friend of Arnee. They know me there cause I probably irritate them enough.

Will do! Only had the car a week. Hoping not to have to take it in for anything else for awhile.
