noise on start up

Hi there,<br> if I don't drive for a couple of days when I turn on the engine I hear a nasty noise that sounds like some sort of iron frictions. This lasts 1-2 seconds and then disappears. My baby has only 10k km and I hope there is nothing serious going on in the engine block! Any idea what it could be the reason for this?<br> Thanks

somewhere from the top of the block, I believe
