Bottom of rear seat....

I bought a rear ashtray cover from performance products. Looks and matches the black birdseye wood in the front great! But they send you the entire ashtray and you have to remove the bottom seat to install it. How do you get the bottom seat out. I know how to get an American car seat out, but I didn't want to break anythingon this car. Can someone help? Thank you in advance!
