quick procedure............
FRONT:
1) Jack the car up with jack stand (do one wheel at a time please, much safer) then remove the wheel and place the hydrolic jack under the control arm so when you remove the rest of other parts with out any restrain.
2) Remove the two factory upper mount shock nuts.
3) Remove the two nuts sway bar and plate.
4) Remove the bottom shock nut and screw.
5) Step #5 is the trickiest procedure to do just for removing the shock but it still easy once you find your own way. Here's the reason why, because the shock seated inside between the control arm 'gap' and the shock alway compress and expand itself as the control arm go up and down, so therefore, you can't just pull it out. I used two big one foot long wrench to get under the between the shock and control arm and ply in out.

REAR:

The only thing that is different from the front is that you have to remove the whole trunk liner. This made it alot easier to remove the upper shock mount nuts.
