HELP! Just purchesed 19 inch wheels (spacer, suspension, tire questions) - Benzworld.org

Size: 19X8.5 front and rear<br>
PCD: 112mmX5 holes<br>
Offset: 38<br>

It recommends 245/35's for the tires. Is this too big a tire to put on the front of a CLK430?? Also what size spacers will I need? I will also be lowering the car w/ Eibach Springs. Which spring pads should I get? Any help w/ this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

So if the offset that is needed is +35, and the offset of the wheels is 38 then should I try them first before getting spacers?? Also if I added a 5mm spacer wouldnt that make the wheels stick out too far?? Sorry for all the ?'s just trying to make sure I get everything straight.
