Transmission jolt or buck at low speed deceleration (99, 320)

Anyone experience trouble with the transmission at low speed deceleration? Particularly after letting off on the gas and when the transmission has heavy load from decelerating (more pronounced when going down hill). The transmission feels like it's banging into first and sometimes feels like I hit a curb or someone hit me from behind.

Let me know if you had this fixed and what dealer did the work. I've complained several times to several dealers and have had no action other than resetting trany learn mode.

Thanks folks
Jerry

Yes - and sometimes it drops into heutral - that is without the shift moving! Dealer's response - no fault found & nothing on the computer!

Cheers
