Depends how much it's lowered, 235s would be better, but you're probably alright. Fenders rolled?

no fender rolled i used H&R sport spring , should i go for 235/40 in front and 245 rear ?

The perfect staggered fit on 18" is 235/40/18 F and 265/35/18 R or 225/40/18 F and 255/35/18 R.

no 18x8.5 all around should not stagger. Use 225/40 or 235/40 all around.
