NEED HELP ASAP CLK430/CLK320

Okay after several weeks of banging my head.. It comes down to two vehicles.. <br> <br> 2000 White/CLK320 w/ 47k Miles (Yea I know) but has the Starmarked 100k mile warranty. Has K3 Package. They are asking $34,0000 or.. <br> <br> 1999 Red/Ash CLK430 w/ 39k Miles 100k Warranty as well. <br> K3/K4 Xenons, Rear Shade, CD, Phone, Got a Sales Slip for $34.5k <br> <br> What's everyones take.. Get the 99 and add the 2000+ Steering wheel,2000+ Side mirrors, Roof Wing. or<br> <br> Get the 2000 and add the K4 package (xenons) and 430 wheels, roof wing and AMG Kit. <br> <br> This will happen by Friday.. I would get the 430 without even thinking about it. It has less miles, looks 10X better stock,and has a V8 engine that blows away the 320. I wouldnt even worry about replacing the wheel and the mirrors. To make the 320 to look like a 430 is gonna cost u $5000, and it still wouldnt drive like a 430. Go with the 430.
