Help: Eibach vs. H&R with 2/1 pt. pads

I'm trying to decide between the two. With 2 pt. pads up front and 1 pt. in the rear exactly how low does the car get with Eibach vs. H&R. For example with stock wheel/tire diameter is the rubber 'tucked' in the fender well on either end? If not how much should the space be? Thanks in advance.
