question about accessing the fog lights for AMG kit (more)

i took my car in a while back and they replaced the front tow cover for me on my amg kit. unfortunately they screwed around with the fog lights and now one of them is missing a screw that holds it in place. i can feel it from the front, but the angle is really weird to get to. can you access the screws that hold the fog lights in place from underneath/behind the front spoiler when the car is raised up? thanks
