How do I turn on the fog lights on my clk430?

The only time the fog lights (the lights in the front bumer) on my clk430 come on is when I turn off the car and close the door. The front fog lights come on for about 30 seconds and then turn off automatically. I would like to know how I can turn the fog lights on when the car is running? Would this require rewiring the lights?<br>
