CLK Cabrio pricing

We are investigating buying a CLK cabrio. My salesman says there is a 2 year waiting list. This probably means I will have to get a used one. At the local dealer, a 2000 430 goes for about $63k (CD player inc). Is this more or less what I can expect to pay?
