I forgot to mention in my first post that the vibration is more noticeable when the engine has fully warmed up.
May I ask have you fixed the problem of engine vibration when idling? I am experiencing similar problem with my clk320.

I replaced my transmission mount again about 1 month ago with an OEM. Believe it or not, it helped out alot compared to the cheaper aftermarket transmission mount i had put on in 2009. I only did the transmission mount since it is very easy to do. I highly recommend doing that alone before the other engine mounts and buy it from the dealer or a genuine OEM. Seems like the aftermarket rubber bushings are not that good.

Thanks for replying. I will first replace the transmission mount and if that does not help enough I will also replace the engine mounts. Will definitely share the outcome! Thanks again.
