steve0827, don't me to be the bad guy but you have asked this same question about a bazillion times. you can put on an intake made by vipclk320 for about $600, headers from ghostrider for around $1K(not installed), a race or sport exhaust from a number of different makers SuperSprint, Kleemann, etc, chip tune by Powerchip, INMotion etc, a pulley kit from Evosport and a SpringBooster that eliminates throttle lag. Other than the above, you have to go to Kleemann or a really good and qualified Indy for a full on engine and exhaust mod for between $15 to $20 grand or more. Questions or do you know how to search for this stuff using Google?
dude, gregs is right. why go through the hassle of "trying" to make your V6 run like a V8 when you can have less headaches by buying a CLK55AMG. Or, do you just like the attention you get when you post on this board?

i know i keep asking this question, and i apologize. i'm an idiot sometimes. i know how to use google and i'm sorry i keep asking this question. i'm not doing it just to get attention on this forum. but thank you for answers, i'll refrain from asking this question again in the future.
Use the search function on this forum for engine mods. The issue has been talked about extensively. Google will provide massive numbers of advertisements. Here you will get good opinions and hear from people who have actually used the mod, whatever it may be. If you want to go fast and money is no object get a 55. Simple as that. Good luck.
so i don't start another thread, i'm just going to post this question here.
does anyone know what the 4.3Liter V8 puts out at the crank? and what it puts out at the wheels? i know that 275 is a figure, but i don't know which that is for...crank or wheels.
and about the whole buying a clk55 thing, my 430 holds sentimental value. it was my fathers before he passed away, so i'm not looking into replacing anytime soon.
