hello, i have a 2001 clk55 amg.

at first, when i jumped on the throttle a week ago it would just drop out of gear, and then a little while after the CEL came on.

went to autozone, code p0700 trans control system fault.

left the light on, car sat overnight.

this morning, drove the car, doesnt do the same thing but now won't shift out of 1st, unless i put the car into neutral then back in drive. CEL is gone.

friend who works at a dealership told me to reset the ecu. did so by disconnecting battery for 15min.

start the car up again, abs light, bas esp light, and radio code all at the same time. driver's side window will not close fully, stays open minimum 3in.

what the hell is going on? i think i have the radio code thing solved, unless someone wants to help me out...

the serial i got was from mbclub RU, dont know if i copied the right number.

the radio code would be an excellent stat even though i already paid for one to be delivered by email

but what the hell is the deal with everything else? sidenote: it rained heavily yesterday and the day before here....

ok, disregard everything but the radio code. i'm aware there are other threads and i'm posting in there too but if anyone can help please do.

When you reconnect the battery those light will come on when you star the engine.
Just drive it for 1km the light will go out. Its like a self calibration thingy. but for your trans check light I do not know if disconnect the battery will help or not.
Let us know what happen.

Turn your steering wheel completely to the left and then to the right. The BAS/ESP malfunction lights should to out. As far as your window goes, try to press the switch until the window is completely closed and hold it for another 2-3 seconds.
