back sun screen

hey guys, im new to this forum and i had a question. my back sunscreen will not go down and i was wondering if anyone knew wat was wrong. i tried to do a search but came up with nothing.

I don't know but you are better off with it stuck in the up position than down. Mine is up 99% of the time. It might be the switch ir possibly the rails it travels on.

when it goes down for you...someday it will...let it go all the way up. then press down for 2 seconds to have the gears and everything lined up ready to go back down. do the same for when you want it down.
