Yeah so i was basically just getting a tune up and i had heard a really bad knocking sound coming from my car when i got up on it then had to let off. so i had my mechanic check things out and it came to be that my left engine mount had completely separated into two pieces and my engine was raising up hitting my hood and then slamming back down.. I had to replace both mounts and the radiator hose. any idea where i can get some better after market engine mounts?

Common problem on these cars. I think the std mounts work fine just keep an eye on them for leakage which is the telltale sign. If you're under the car with the sound shield removed you can see them (with a light) and touch them. Take some measurements and then just check every once in awhile.
