How do these compare?

So now I'm trying to compare the Falken FK 452, and the Yokohama S.Drive.

Most people say they're great, but when people do complain, they say the 452's are noisy, and wear too fast, and the S.Drive's are so soft, rocks get stock in the rubber.

I was leaning toward the Yokohama's before I heard that!

But if you guys have had experience with them, let me know.

LoL. oh man, here we go again. I'm not sure if it's this forum or another one, but there was another person deciding between T1R's and the FK452's. He got suggestions from others and it led to a 3 page thread. and at the end, he was still undecided.

I would go with the Falkens.

I just did a comparison right now, and they're almost the same.
- Similar tread pattern
- Similar tread style grooves
- Exact treadwear rating
- Exact performance and handling rating

Now i guess it's up to you which brand you want to get.

By the way, all tires become noisy when they're worn out. It all depends on the tread-pattern. If you were to compare something like the Falken FK452's with the BF Goodrich KDW2 (the flame style treads). the BFG's would obviously be way louder when they're worn out. It's because of the tread pattern, they're made vertically instead of horizontally, therefore there's constant contact with the ground. I should know, i had them before, i don't plan on ever buying them again. LoL

HaHaHa... this has just been a brief explanation on "TIRES 101". Class is now dismissed.
