remove the lens from my headlights and city lights? I know there is a how-to somewhere around here but I don't think it was very descriptive. I have to take the bumper off right? After that do the lens just pop out or do I have to do something else? Pardon my newbness to this haha.

gotta search! there's a decent thread somewhere. but here's this:
installation isn't that bad provided you have some wrenches and ratchets. You have to loosen 4 small bolts on the bumper (2 are hard to get to), and then undo 2 larger bolts at the top of the bumper, behind the grill. This part is a hair annoying. Other than that, unbolt your light housings and unhook the electrical connections and pull the headlight assemblies out and then reinstall the new ones in the opposite order. Takes probably 2 hrs for your first time.
