how do i remove the instrument cluster?

is there a special tool to remove this or what is the best way to remove this,any help would be great.my car is a 2001 clk 200

was serching there and found the thread to do this on 'chrome guage rings'.i only joined the forum so i must put up some pics of my benz

thanks for ur reply im cutting up a coat hanger now as we speak.my car is lowered on 40mm lowering springs and the rims are 19 inch.it rubs a little on the inner wheel arch over some bumps but as i say "if it aint rubbin it aint low enough"

...stock? I also like that you don't seem to have the stupid roof fin antenna thingy. Guess the din't come on euro models (?)

yea do'nt think the roof fin ariel is supplied with them over here.oh and i found the best way to remove the dash is push it out from behind by just removing the guard above the foot peddels and reaching up.
