Side Mirror Motor

Does anyone have any diagrams on how to fix this? any schematics?
I'm pretty much interested in how that circle plate (what the mirror attaches to) turns up and down. The left and right direction works great.

I have a 2001, not a 2002.
I actually didn't need to mess with the motor and that circle plate. The plate was askew, but I just pressed on it a bit and it popped back into place. I then put the mirror back on. Here are those directions. I've attached a diagram and part numbers (part numbers are on the right). It's for a 98-01 320, 430, & 55 models. I'm sure you can get it at any OEM parts online store.
To put it on... Plug in the wires. Tilt the circle plastic piece (#2) all the way down, so the top is easier to get to. On the back of the mirror (#3), there are two grooves on the bottom that will fit with the two notches on the bottom of the circle plastic piece. Match those up first. On the back of the mirror, there is a wire at the top. That wire needs to snap over the notch at the top of the circle plastic piece. I used a pocket knife or small screwdriver to hold the wire up while i put the mirror on the notches and then let the wire snap into place. It took me a few tries before it worked. Hope this helps.
To take it off... I would think that you would need to somehow pull that wire up, maybe with a small hook or something to release the mirror to take it off. (mine was knocked off by road debris)
