Rear Speaker Cover

I just noticed that the plastic cover that holds in the rear speaker (passsenger side) has a major crack in it. It is getting pretty bad, so the speaker is moving around.

First, does anybody know where I can get the part (online) or the 'technical' name for it? I can't seem to find it online.

Second, when I am installing the new cover, it appears as if I need to come from the top, rather than sticking the new cover up into the slot (it won't fit). Do I need to remove the deck lid (from inside the car - backseat) to get to this?

Thanks

You can check with a wrecking yard. I'm sure the part is compatible with other models... You may want to check the E Class?

As for the rear deck, check in the DIY section. I posted one a while back on how to remove the rear deck. It's titled something about stereo install.
