Cup Holder!!!

My CLK cup holder is a joke. I had to slam on the breaks last night and spilled a drink all over my shifter. Which I have to replace now for around $1000.00. Any ideas on fixing the problem of the POS cup holder??? Not just taking it out completely.

Was your drink in the top cup holder or the bottom one? The top one is atrocious and I've never put anything in it containing liquid. The bottom one fits cans of pop and drinks from McDonalds okay.

mine has the top already broken, it still sucks though. it's better to just take it out all together and use the bigger empty space as one.
I'm still trying to come up with an idea somehow.

I'm having a leather boot made so no spilled liquids can make it down the black hole to trash the electro shift mechanism
