Please Help - having trouble with service due now light

I have a 1999 CLK 320 hardtop and i am having a very difficult time trying to reset the FSS or service light.

I tried following the directions in the mamual and my doors were closed.

I did not hear any beep.

Can someone please post detailed instructions.

Also, where is position 0? Key in or key out?
