I have a 1999 320 CLK with 75,000 miles which I purchased used last year from a private dealer.

The car did not come with the owners manuals.

can anybody tell me what warranty the car came with?

Standard factory warranty is 5years or 50k miles I believe

50K or 4yrs as stated above, you can also inquire if the car has extended warranty bought by the previous owner to your service adviser at mb providing your VIN.
