Bad motor mount symptoms...?

When your mounts are going bad what are typical symptons? I think mines could be going bad because within the last month when I pull to a stop light after hitting the brakes, there is a slight jump.

I notice it more when I accelerate fast and then have to come to an abrupt stop

RE: Bad motor mount symptoms...?

You know, come to think of it I've had this problem for a little while now and I've been nervous as hell that it's a tranny problem. That does sound kind of like a motor mount problem though. I would like to hear further confirmation from someone else. I know I've read a lot of posts on this but just can't seem to remember what they said at the moment.

RE: Bad motor mount symptoms...?

I think it is a motor mount problem. I've experienced simular symptoms in my old infiniti I had. Let me know if you get a confirmation on it. You might want to post a new topic on it to get more input
