Has anyone lately tired the Mercedes Chrome Door Pins on EBAY? I did read about rattling issues, but was wondering about any other feedback?

I have the pins, bought from ************* years ago, mine are the aluminum style. I kept the factory surrounds so I never heard any rattling. Now I'm tired of the black surrounds so I may just paint them with chrome spray like I did my ABS badges. If that doesn't look ok, I'll get the chrome one. They look great.

I did the same thing. They rattle with both pieces, so i kept the rubber surrounds. It still looks great.

Just off the top of my head.....
It is missing the bar in the bumper but you can see they did put the mesh in there like a lot of people do.
The car looks to be sitting very high, but can obviously be corrected.
The back of the front seat looks horrible. Maybe that's just something with the picture.
The key seems to be missing the actual metal key. Take another look at the picture of that.
My bet is it's not in pristine shape, but for the price, as long as you're not overly picky it's probably not a bad way to pick up a double nickel.

Stock MY01 w208 XENON headlights and more

Check out the rest of his listings he is parting out his car due to a "bad engine"

eBay Motors: Mercedes CLK55 Xenon headlights 208 body OEM 2001

He also mentions other parts, so it might be an inexpensive way to get a 55 airbox for you 430 owners. I have sent him my shopping list.
