Flashers

This is weird. When I lock the car with the remote the blinkers flash. When I unlock the car they don't. Just happened since I put the new bumper on. The only thing I csn think of is I pulled the wires on the sidemarkers and fog lights but why would it still flash when I lock it?

Just checking....it's still flashing 3 times when you lock but not at all when you unlock? That just doesn't sound right at all.

Thanks for asking. I just checked. It's only flashing once(?) for open and still nothing for lock, but the doors are locking. While I'm at it, when I removed the rear bumper, there were two black plastic panels attached with what looked like coaxial cable on either side of the bumper. What are they?
