Anyone know how to reset passenger side view mirror? When I back up the mirror tilts all the way down rather than toward the rear wheel. When placed back to drive it goes back to normal position. (Happened after changing the battery.)

Sorry my CLK is at the Dealership for warranty service until next week. The process is described in the owners manual. I will grab the manual from the loaner Ml350, and post it's procedure, they might be the same.
I did something someone suggested, keep it set on the drivers side mirror[:0]

True, that will keep it from moving when you put it in reverse.
From memory, with the mirror control set to the pass side, I think you just turn the key to on, but don't crank the engine. Then put the car into reverse, when it adjusts down, use the mirror adjuster to bring it up to where you want it, then put it in park, and shut the key off right away.
While this may not be the correct procedure, since I only read it once, and haven't changed mine, it is worth a try.
The passenger-side exterior mirror can be adjusted and programmed to assist the driver during parking maneuvers (e.g. to observe the curb or other objects close to the vehicle).
With electronic key in steering lock position 2, and the exterior rear view mirror switch in the passenger side position, the passenger-side mirror will be turned downward when placing the gear selector lever in "R" Reverse.
The passenger mirror position can now be adjusted as desired.
At speeds above approx 6 mph, upon sifting gear selector from "R" Reverse, or upon pressing the driver's side mirror button, the passenger-side mirror will return to it's previous position.
Readjust the mirror as desired.
One passenger-side mirror position can be stored in memory. To do so:
1. Turn electronic key to steering lock position 2. The vehicle must be stationary.
2. Select passenger-side mirror and adjust the mirror to view the curb.
3. Press green memory button located in switch cluster for driver's seat (see page 45).
4. Within 3 seconds, pull the mirror toggle switch rearward. The mirror should not move. Repeat the memory procedure if the mirror moves.
5. The passenger-side mirror will return to its previous position after approx. 20 seconds.
