Just an fyi about O2 sensors for the cost conscious.
I just had the following two oxygen sensors changed:
-Passenger side (right bank) before catalytic converter
-Passenger side (right bank) after catalytic converter
Part #s: Bosch 15090, and Bosch 15092
I paid a bit of a markup for parts at my mechanic, but far less that at the dealership. Dealership was going to charge $800 to install both. Parts can be ordered online anywhere from $100-150 per sensor.
So, if your check engine light comes on, you can have a parts store(Autozone? see Linh's post about this), diagnose for free or a minimal cost. If it is determined that it is the O2 sensors, just order the parts online and do it yourself, or bring to your mechanic since it's only about an hours worth of labor.

RE: Oxygen Sensor FYI
2 weeks ago I got the (check engine) bad o2 sensor warning for 24 hours then the check engine light shut off. Came on again for about 20 minutes the other day and shut off again. Do you think crappy gas could trigger it? Sometimes I fill up at Speedway and I do not trust them or their shitty gas.

My clk430 has the same problem....still can't figure out what's wrong...my mechanic said that most likely it's a max airflow...thing. Did you fix the problem? Please let me know...my check engine light is still on "now". Thanks
