I was wondering if I can have some help, I have a 98 clk320 and the abs, bas, asr lights came on. I tried to reset the car, but it didnt work. so now I'm stuck. Should I go to the MB dealer and let them check it out? How much do you think it will cost to get the lights cleared? Also my srs lights came on too. I dont know whats wrong with my car.[xx(] Someone please help!
I don't know if this works on pre-2000 cars, but did you try turning the wheels all the way to one lock, then turning it all the way to the other one and then bringing it back to center?

Did you do any recent work to the car that may have triggered it? It may be a faulty sensor on the brakes. I'm having the same issue. Comes on mostly on slow corners or when I exit the highway and slow down. If the sensors detect one wheel is rotating faster than the others this will trigger it. Get on the highway and punch it. See if the lights go off, then see what happpens when you slow down. Keep us posted.

This too is happening with my car it happens every time i get work done on my car. The dealership has already re-set the computer once but its back on again!
how much do you think the dealer is going to charge, to get the lights reset. the abs,bas/asr, and the srs light? is there any other way to get rid of these lights.
