next projects

Ok, I'm really bored at work today, so how about a post. The next couple of things I plan on doing with my car are getting a spoiler (#1 thing), some AMG aluminium pedals and possibly the illuminated door sills. All not too pricey or overboard things to do. Anyone else have any better projects they're hoping to do soon?

Ever thought about a supercharger . . . for alittle more fun [:D]
Well crap, who hasn't? Here's how I see this conversation going with my fiance though. Me: "Hey, I know we're getting married in September, but I think I'm going to go ahead and drop about $10K on a supercharger for my car." Her: "F--- You!!!! You're never leaving the house again and by the way, you're selling your car because you love it more than you love me."

Ok, so I'm completely joking but either way I don't exactly have the funds for that kind of fun right now. Of course if anyone would like to sponsor that little project, I'll be more than happy to accept funds.

Did you get factory aluminum pedals that go on without modification, like from the dealership, or did you get one's from a place like "for my mercedes . com" that you have to drill to get on?

RE: next projects

I had all these things in mind for what I wanted to do with my 320... but then I decided... after I dump about 5k into mods... I would be at the starting point of what a 430 would already have stock... so instead, I've decided to hold on the mods and save for the 430 upgrade instead.

As long as you're saving, you might as well go for the CLK55!!!

jtbeche . . . . . . LOL! I know the feeling, my old lady tries to keep a eye on my spending on my baby. . . CLk430. I'm doing payment plans with HPS so she won't catch me! Let's hope she doesn't find out about this thread or I'm done!
Wait till your married for 15 years. My wife is happy I'm pumping the money into a car and not pumping the baloney into a wh*re.
