Even if you didn't end up painting it that still looks about 96% better than it did with the black. It's amazing how much of a transformation your car has undergone in such a short time. Lookin' good Billie Ray! (hopefully you get that reference)

RE: Ready for paint
Thanks guys....Still got the xenon projector retrofit to do....Paint of course (waiting for it to arrive) and I'm not sure if I'm gonna paint the impact strips. I kind of like the color. I'll have to play around on Photoshop to see how it looks.......Then.........Interior upgrades!!! WOO-HOO!!
Thrill a.ka. TB, did you do anthing different for the different surfaces you had to deal with when painting the bumpers, skirts and moulding between the skirts and the body? At close inspection there looks to be three different types of materials. TIA.
Here's what TK told me awhile back when I asked about how he painted the black crap on his car (pre-body kit).
"As far as that black crap goes I too could not stand it. I completly masked off the car which included a plastic tarp to cover the entire body and also the wheels and sprayed four coats of grey primer then followed up with two coats of #744 and clear coat. The black rockguard on the sides is absorbent so the paint looked like crap (and cost a small fortune). I resprayed with the primer and it was a more convincing match, but required frequent touchups."
TK is quite talented when performing body work on his car.
