I have a clk320 in my family and there might be some problems.
One When the car is cold I can here a ticking in the engine, have no idea if this is normal. My car sounds rough ion cold starts but this sounds bad.
Two When the car is cold if you try to drive away it will stal out until it gets a quater of the way up to operating temp.
Three Check engine light is on and except for the problems stated above it runs fine.
Low grade, sometimes. The car performs well, I am trying to avoid the stealership at all costs, but from what I understand they are the only one that can read the codes???????????????
When posting for mechanical/technical advice, i would advise the vehicle year, miles, past routine maintenance, etc which will allow other members, and more members to respond. The general mb forum is a good place to post as 208 forum can be limited to a smaller group...good luck
