Hi guys. Just joined the site. I ordered a black/black C63 AMG late last November here in the States. My production date is March 20. Looks like I'll take delivery around mid-April. Looking forward to it and hope to post some pics. Interestingly, I was given the option of the standard aluminum trim or black maple wood trim. I went with the latter after looking at it on a new C350. I asked but the dealership said there was no carbon fibre option available like with the E63. Anyways, I'm sure everyone else is excited to take delivery. Saw an IS-F and new M3 on the road this weekend. Looks like they are driving out of showrooms already. That's fine. We're saving the fastest one for last!
How much was it ?? and are they leasing them out ?? what is the lease rate on those bad boys haha

Regarding carbon fibre trim, it is an option for the C63 AMG (in Europe anyway). In the UK it's priced at £1520 (just under $3000) which is silly money so I've ordered black birds-eye maple trim.
Out of interest which black have you gone for? I've ordered obsidian black but now wish I'd ordered solid black instead.
Congrats on your order man. I had a feeling carbon was an option in UK and elsewhere across the pond. I pressed my dealer about it and he showed me the ordering template on their computer and it only had the two options (alum or black maple) that could be selected for US orders. No big deal, but I would have chose it if offered. I still think the maple will look sharp. I didn't care about the multimedia package either. Just chose Prem II package. I want to listen to the car's soundtrack and don't need the fancy shmancy HK surround system. That's just me though. I'm sure the system sounds glorious. Took the 6 disc CD though, just in case! Went with solid black for the exterior. I wouldn't give it another thought, I'm sure the obsedian will be sharp. Honestly, I think this machine will look good in any shade.
