Cost of an "A" & "B" Service"

Been getting different amounts on A & B services so I decided to post this thread to find out how much people are paying for their service. Please include your location to see if cost is associated to a region or just plain greed on the part of the dealer. Thanks!

Portland Oregon [Rasmussen Mercedes of Portland] - "A" service without tire rotation [I do that myself] was $172 in June.

[And that's the lowest number I've seen posted so far...some have been over $300, though it's hard to imagine why....]

$254 for A-service in San Jose, CA (a very high cost area).

Hopefully C-class will be cheaper, even though in reality service hours will be the same.

In West Virginia, mine are roughly $175 for an A and $350 for a B.

try calling up those MB specialized shops in your area. US is the only country where you can get your Mercedes serviced at indepedent shops and not void warranties. At least this is what my man at Bergen Import in New Jersey told me. Of course, you will lose courtesy rental cars though...
